AUTHORISING ENGINEER

John Creaser qualified as an Authorising Engineer for Ventilation and Water Quality(AE(V) and AE(WQ)) in 2011 and currently carries out Authorising Engineer Services for a number of Hospitals in the South of England.

As part of the Authorising Engineer Services provided by C&D Partnership Ltd, HTM compliance is assured by ensuring the correct roles are identified and occupied, procedures and documentation is in place and training to required levels of competency is carried out.

As a Fellow of IHEEM (Institute of Healthcare Engineering and Estates Management), a member of CIBSE (Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers) and FEANI (EU Federation of Professional Engineers), plus over 40 years of experience working in Healthcare Building Services, John is very knowledgeable of the requirements of HTM’s and how to optimise building services within the healthcare industry.
