Bedford Hospital Pharmacy
Refurbishment of the Aseptic Suite Clean Room facilites for the preparation of Chemotherapy Drugs at Bedford Hospital. This work was carried out whilst keeping the Pharmacy in full operation for all but one day.
Conversion of ambulance bay garages into a data centre for South Central Ambulance Service.
Replacement of all heating and electrics at small Church of England School in Weston Turville.

Mazars
Recently fitted out office accommodation in the prestigious Pinnacle Building in Milton Keynes for Mazars.
The fit out works were in 4th floor accommodation in a partially occupied building where working in a manner to cause least disruption to existing tenancies was important to the Client and Landlord.
The office accommodation provides for spacious reception, board rooms, meeting rooms, open plan office space and break-out areas.
Base build fit out services were adapted and extended to fit the bespoke needs of the client.

Watford General Hospital – Gas Supply to the Existing Boilers
C&D Partnership Ltd undertook the design and project management of the provision of a new gas supply and new dual fuel burners to serve existing steam generating boilers. This would convert the boilers from heavy fuel oil to natural gas as the primary fuel and replacement of tanks to Diesel, as the standby fuel. The work generates savings to the Trust of £30,000 every month. The new Saacke burners and gas installation pipework were installed by Torque Engineering. The project commenced in November 2010 and completed in May 2011, during the heating season, and was scheduled to ensure that there was no loss of supply to the hospital at any time.
